“Made to Order” pieces are crafted exclusively for you.
Each item enters production only once your order has been confirmed, allowing us to minimize waste and ensure a truly personalized, artisanal creation process.
For this reason, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for delivery.

Yes. All products purchased through CLAUDIER.EU are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, crafted exclusively in our official ateliers and distributed through our controlled supply chain.
We do not authorize third-party discount sellers; any reduced prices outside our official channels may indicate counterfeit goods.

CLAUDIER does not offer online sales. Discounted items are available exclusively in official outlet stores. Use the store locator to find your nearest Gucci outlet.

Furthermore, CLAUDIER does not hold sales event – neither on Black Friday nor as part of private sales events. If you encounter items being offered at reduced prices outside of authorized CLAUDIER´s retailers, they are most likely not authentic products.
